What is your minimum order quantity?
1,000 pcs for stock molds in standard colours. 3,000 pcs for tubes and 5,000 pcs for caps and pumps. Custom molds start at 3,000–5,000 pcs depending on the shape.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Existing molds: samples ship in 7 days, free of charge, you cover the courier (around USD 25–40). Custom molds: T1 sample in 20–25 days, tooling cost quoted separately and refundable against volume in some cases.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit, 70% before shipment, by T/T. L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Alibaba Trade Assurance is also accepted.
How long is production?
25–35 days after deposit and artwork approval, plus 7–10 days for decoration. Sea freight to Europe is 30–38 days, to the US West Coast 14–20 days.
Can you do custom colours and printing?
Yes — Pantone matching on resin, plus silk screen, hot stamping, spray coating and labels. Artwork proof is approved before the run starts.
Do you supply food-contact and FDA documents?
Yes, per order. We issue the EU Declaration of Compliance, FDA food-contact statements and REACH declarations where they apply, and we will tell you in writing if a claim cannot be supported.
Can I order and pay online?
No. There is no checkout on this site. Every order starts with a written quotation and a proforma invoice, and is paid by T/T against that invoice. Prices depend on the mould, the resin, the decoration and the quantity, so they are quoted per project rather than listed.
